One of the most common ways to relax with essential oils is to palm them. The idea here is to simply rub one or two drops of an essential oil of your choosing on your palms. You want to place your palms over your nose and inhale deeply. Do this for a few minutes, and then try to relax. Close your eyes, and try not to think of anything else but the scent. You can go through a number of oils to help you relax, but it’s better to just try some relaxation kits, which already have some of the most relaxing oils included.

Little Scarf

Once you have gone through enough relaxation kits to find the oil that works best for you. Then, start using it on your scarfs. What you want to do is just apply one or two drops of the oil on your hands, and rub you scarf with the oil. The idea here is that you are going to be getting a whiff of the scent throughout your day so that it helps you relax. Working people should definitely try using relaxing essential oils in this way because you likely do not have much time throughout your day to take a break for yourself. Scarfs are conspicuous, and you can have it with you even when you are commuting.

Scented Bath

There are times you can improve the way you relax. You want to not only relax with essential oils but also with a nice and steamy bath. Just light up an oil burner in your bathroom, and fill up your tub with warm water. Close the door so that you can enjoy the full potency of your oil, and just inhale deeply while you are in your bath. You should tell your family that you are going to be using the bath for some time so that you are not disturbed.

Peaceful Music

You may not always think about the connection you have with music, but you have one, and this can be used to your advantage. What you want to do is simply use an oil burner, and play some relaxing music like the sounds of nature in your room. You can either lie down in your room or do some tai-chi, which is a pretty relaxing type of exercise that should help make you feel a little more relaxed. You can also try yoga, which encourages meditation during most of the routines, and this is relaxing, too.

Some of these methods can help you find inner-peace as you use your favorite oil from you essential oil relaxation kits. Be sure to stay diligent when using oil, and keep up with it because stress can creep up every day, making it vital that you do your best to stay calm.
